A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

Usually you have to choose one or the other. However, The Oberhausen Video Company is the exception to the rule. We use modern cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors. Optimal image quality is achieved even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The cameras can be operated remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces personnel expenditure and costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of The Oberhausen Video Company is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, The Oberhausen Video Company can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

The Oberhausen Video Company is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
