Unleashing Educational Freedom: A Guide to Starting Alternative Schools by Nonprofit...

When setting up a free school, choosing the right legal form is crucial. Various non-profit models such as association, gGmbH, UG, foundation or cooperative are available to choose from. The registered association (e. V.) proves to be a simple, quick and cost-effective option that is also flexible in its statutes. Self-administration in schools, explained using examples, illustrates the possible division of labor between parents, learning guides and other employees and underlines the need to regularly review and adapt these structures.

The Oberhausen Video Company - the best way to record concerts, theater performances, events, talks...
for release on TV, Web, Blu-ray Disc, DVD

Only a small budget but still high standards?

These two things are usually not possible at the same time. The Oberhausen Video Company is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. The cameras we use are modern, latest-generation models of the same type, with large 1-inch image sensors. Optimal image quality is achieved in demanding lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely with the programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces manpower and costs.

We can work for you in the following areas, among others

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of The Oberhausen Video Company. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, The Oberhausen Video Company can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

The Oberhausen Video Company offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
